4. For registered mail, an additional $2.24 is applicable.

6. Once payment is transferred, please send an email with the transfer transaction reference number and delivery address.

7. Item will be mailed out once stock is available.

8. Full refund will be made if item is out of stock.

9. Once the item is mail out, an email will be sent to you.

10. We are not responsible for any lost mail, so registered mail is strongly encouraged.

Exchange / Return

1. We will check all our items before we mail out to ensure no damages of our products.

2. All exchanges/returns can only be made within 2 days after items are posted out and in unused and packaging intact condition.

3. Strictly no exchange for items which are deemed damaged or used by customers.

4. For clause (3), exchange is only for items of higher price. No refund will be given if customers choose to buy a lower price item.

5. We reserve all rights in all exchanges/returns.

6. If stock is not available, full refund will be made.
